Why Cruise Travel Insurance?

Insurance helps when you aren’t able to sail and protects your vacation investment. Insurance is available through the cruise line (please decide before the final payment date) or through companies such as Access America. You may find that most insurance premiums, outside of the cruise line, are a better value and may offer different coverage and/or refund options not available through a cruise line.

Typically, cruise insurance kicks in once the Final Payment is due (remember, deposits are refundable up to that point) and will cover non-pre-existing medical conditions for you or your travel mates, based on the coverage that you select. Premiums vary based on the cost of your cruise and most cruise lines offer more than one "level" of coverage and some offer non-medical cancellation options. Premiums are never refundable, no matter what reason you have for canceling your holiday.

Check your brochure, the cruise line web site or contact us for details on the cruise insurance offered by your cruise line.
