Questions
Think you have a silly question? Over the years, we've been asked all sorts of questions, including some silly ones, but mostly they're the same questions from everyone. To make things easy, we've posted the answers to our most frequently asked questions for your online review. If you don't see your question here, give us a shout!

When is our Payment Due?  Typically cruise lines require final payment no later than 75 days prior to sailing.

Can we pay by check?  Yes, if you get your check to our PO Box at least 14 days prior to the final payment date.

Do you charge fees?  No, we charge no fees for our services.  Cancellation penalties from the cruise lines typically start at the final payment date, though. Check with your Joecruisers.com agent or the cruise line brochure/web site for cancellation penalty details.

What’s your favourite cruise line?  This is a very common question and, to be honest, our likes and dislikes are probably not the same as yours.  So, if you’re not sure which line to book, ask us and we’ll be sure to match up your needs and interests with the best possible match.

Do I need insurance?  We always recommend insurance (see our Insurance page for more information).  However, the decision has to be yours since we don’t sell insurance, we just recommend booking with Access America or the purchasing the cruise line’s insurance to protect your cruise vacation dollars in the event of an emergency.

When is the best time to book a cruise?  This answer varies.  Typically, we see great rates between Thanksgiving and Christmas, or just after the New Year holiday.  Summer travel is usually at a premium, as are holiday sailings.   Keep in mind that you have our promise to reduce rates, when allowed by the cruise line, for your cruise holiday prior to the final payment date.  So, booking early is an easy choice with us.

Can you book airfare for us?  We book air travel if it’s part of a package.  However, airfare is typically more expensive when booked through a cruise line, so it’s best if you book your own air.  We have some “tricks” for this process to ensure that you get the best deal, just ask us.

Do you sell all cruise lines?  Yes! If your holiday plans include anything that floats, we can sell it, with very few exceptions.  And, don’t forget that we can book Disneyland and Disneyworld packages, too, along with Hawaiian Islands and Australia/New Zealand packages!
